For technical support of computer issues, Robert at TamaComp is extremely knowledgable and provides excellent customer service suprerior to other groups including Bellsouth, The Geek Squad and even some computer manufacturer's support teams.
After 3 hours of phone support with various groups, I found Robert's company online and was pleased when in 15 minutes he identified the problem and provided instruction for me to correct the issues. He even took the time to call back to check on the progress to ensure that the problems were resolved.
Thanks to the excellent service he provided, I was back up and running within minutes! Fantastic!

I experienced some trouble with my computer and had to call tech support at ATT. After hours of jumping through hoops for them, I was told that it was a Microsoft Software issue.
